Engineer the Future

We humans are great at solving the world's problems. But sometimes the solutions aren’t for everyone. Women, people of color, and other minorities aren't always represented in the solutions. But we can change that by motivating those exact people to get an education within science, technology and engineering where they help create solutions and a future for everyone. Diversity for the win!


RESULTS

Awareness of the initiative rose from 21% to 32% in just one year.

73% of the young target group (15-25 years) rated the campaign as “relevant or very relevant”.

6 out of 10 said they afterwards had a more positive impression of engineering as a profession.

The campaign generated over 12 million exposures across channels.

Applications to STEM, IT, and engineering programmes have increased by 9%, 14%, and 15% respectively compared to the year before the campaign.
